La Pirouette USA ships orders within the United States only.

Processing Time
In-stock items (USA warehouse):
Orders for products currently in stock in the United States are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Pre-order or incoming stock items:
Some products offered in our store are not physically stocked in the United States at the time of purchase. These items are shipped to our U.S. warehouse in periodic inbound shipments from Europe. Processing and fulfillment for these items may take approximately 4–8 weeks before shipment.

Product availability and estimated delivery timelines are clearly indicated on the product page when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
We offer standard or economy shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $12.99 per order. Free standard or economy shipping is available on orders starting at $151. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and delivery efficiency.

Delivery Time
For in-stock items, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. La Pirouette USA is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lapirouetteusa.com, within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
